Supported browsers¶
It's recommended that agent UI is used with desktop browser.

System requirements for agent UI¶
Giosg Agent UI will work with any modern laptop or desktop system which can run the latest version of Google Chrome browser and has sufficient internet connection.
It is recommended that the system has at least full-hd resolution (1980x1080) and 8Gb of memory is also recommended.
Internet connection bandwith requirements depend on the Giosg products used. For live chat communication it is recommended to have at least 2Mbps download and 1Mbps upload speed in internet connection, faster connection will offer imnproved user experience and lower latency.
For video and audio calls to work best with full-hd resolution it is recommended to have a minimum of 8Mbps speed for download and upload, faster connection will offer imnproved user experience and lower latency.
