All information is processed and stored within the EU. All online data is stored only to giosg servers. Off-site backups have been encrypted with strong RSA encryption (2048 bits) before transit.

Retention times per service

Service	Data type	Retention time
Communication platform	Chat conversations and related personal data	Default is 5 years. Time can be set by the Customer from 0 to N days. 0 means that data is deleted immediatelly after chat conversation ends.
Reporting platform	Data used as part of giosg reporting and realtime analytics. This data includes for example shopping basket data, web analytics and interaction report events. No personal data included.	Online for 24 months and backups are stored for 5 years
Interaction Builder	Form data collected by interactions.	By default data is kept until interaction is deleted. However, time can be set by the Customer from 0 to N days.
Workflow Builder	Data variables created during workflow executions	Default is 90 days. Time can be set by the Customer from 0 to N days. 0 means that data is deleted immediatelly after workflow execution ends.
AI Assistant	The platform stores copies of chat conversations, summaries, and conversation analyses. Conversations can be automatically reducted before they are stored to databases.	Default is 365 days. Time can be set by the Customer from 0 to 365 days.
Centralized logging	GDPR and server logs. This data does not contain any personal data.	Logs are stored forever
